Now that we have a lot of game footage, I can start on making the game trailer!I have already had a rough idea about how I want to go about it, but similarly to the documentary, the aim is to be concise, professional and fits our themes well.
Taking some inspiration from other visual novel game trailers, such as Doki Doki Literature Club, the trailer is short and does not give too much away. Our game is quite limited with varied gameplay, so I took it into my own hands to design ‘filler footage’ to add time to the trailer.
Firstly, I found varied sounds and music I thought would work best. All audio is free to use from Pixabay and Uppbeat.
